Bacon-Wrapped Dates: We’re not sure what’s better—the smell or the taste! Straight out of the fire, bacon-wrapped dates are filled with herbed goat cheese and fired to perfection.
Caprese Kabobs: Bite-sized skewers filled with joy! Fresh mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and basil are topped off with olive oil and flavored balsamic.
Mushroom Caps: Crimini mushrooms stuffed with sausage, parmesan, and herbs before they’re sent in to the fire to melt into bliss. (Make them vegan! We stuff them with house made cashew/nutritional yeast cheese and top them with shredded basil after the fire.)
Arugula and White Bean Salad: As if Cannellini beans with red onion, garlic, EVOO, and lemon juice weren’t enough, we go and top it with fresh arugula. And then we serve it on freshly made crostini
