Wood Fired Olives: Who knew? Pit-less Kalmatta olives are nestled by the fire just long enough… then topped with lemon zest. Divine.
Mushroom Caps: Baby portabellas are stuffed with sausage, pecorino cheese, and herbs before they’re sent in to the fire to melt into bliss.
Arugula and White Bean Salad: As if Cannellini beans with red onion, garlic, EVOO, and lemon juice weren’t enough, we go and top it with fresh arugula. And then we serve it on freshly made crostini.
Hummus Bites: Sourdough crostini sliced thin and toasted. We top it with garlic hummus and fresh chopped Italian parsley mixed with lemon juice, EVOO, red onion, sea salt & pepper. They’re highly addictive!
